Marketing the region

Apple and mapThe competition follows on from EBC's successful Language of Leisure in 2009 which saw school pupils challenged to work with a business supporter from the hospitality, leisure, travel and tourism sector to develop a marketing campaign for their business supporter's organisation which promoted that business to international visitors.

The winning school received a cash prize to spend on resources for its language department. Winners were selected after showcasing their work at a regional event  You can find out more about that competition by visiting our special Language of Leisure page
