 EBC is currently working with partners in Poland, Bulgaria and Shadow thanks to funding support from the European Union's Grundtvig programme.
Grundtvig funds training opportunities for UK adult education organisations, staff and learners. Funding is for any UK organisation involved in non-vocational adult education
EBC's 'To come out of the Shadow' programme will see us visiting partner organisations in Poland, Bulgaria and France to exchange experiences and expertise on how to overcome discrimination in education and training when working with people from different minority ethnic groups.
