Qualifications and Experience |
Tracy joined EBC in 2009 and brings a wealth of experience in assessing and verifying NVQs - to support EBC's status as a registered City and Guilds Centre.
She has worked in the world of training for more than 10 years and joins EBC from JHP Training in Hartlepool where she was their Internal Verifier/Assessor.
Tracy has also worked as an internal verifier and assessor for a number of training providers in Ashington, Newcastle, Gateshead, Northumberland and Team Valley.
She is a qualified teacher, holding the Cert Ed, and an Accredited Instructor as well as having a Level 4s qualifications in Internal Verification and Supervisory Management, Level 3s in both Care and Business Administration - all of which complement her Level 3 A1 award.
Tracy also holds the Ioshh health and safety qualification and a number of qualifications linked to her specific expertise in health and social care. These include Safe Handling of Medicine, Infection Control, Safety Complienances and Food Hygiene.
Tracy will also be working with other EBC team members to develop and expand the range of accredited learning opportunities on offer to those we work with.

| Responsibilities and areas of expertise |
Tracy is EBC's lead officer in relation to the delivery of NVQs, in particular City and Guilds Level 2 in Community Development. She will be guiding a caseload of candidates through this NVQ as well as taking on the role of internal verfier - supporting other EBC Assessors in their work and in their professional development.
Her previous Assessing and Verifying experiences have centred around Health and Social Care at various NVQ levels.
