Healthy Cities Project

EBC's has been working with a number of groups thanks to funding from Sunderland's Healthy Cities programme.  To find out more visit our special Healthy Cities page.


Downloadable Delights

Thanks to funding from Sunderland City Council's Community Development Positive Play activities, EBC has assisted a number of groups working with children and young people.  As well as face-to-face support, we've developed an on-line resource bank of downloadable hints, tips and guides - all designed to help groups survive, grow and prosper.  Visit our Positive Play Activities Resource Bank to find out more.

Community Leaders of the Future is the latest inter-school competition to be run by EBC and builds on a growing number of successes for EBC in running motivating and educational competitions for young people which bring the world of work to life in an exciting and innovative way.

Regional Language Network North East logoAll Directions Language Competition for Schools

All Directions follows on from EBC's successful Language of Enterprise and Language of Leisure competitions run thanks to support from the Regional Language Network North East.

Safe, Sensible and Social Small Grants projects

NHS South Tyne and Wear logoEBC has been lucky enough to secure several separate grants from this funding stream, set up by the NHS South of Tyne and Wear. 

Funding has led to EBC deliverying several separate, but interlinked, activities including creation of free downloadable resources designed to raise awareness of the dangers of alcohol misuse.  To find our more visit our Safe, Sensible and Social page.


EBC's Excellence in Adult Learning

EBC has now developed its expertise in deliverying innovative, creative and engaging learning for adults of all ages and abilities. 

We have now successfully adapted and extended some of the activities we have delivered over many years for young people to meet the needs of adults, including those with disabilities, alcohol and drug misuse issues and even the homeless.  Find out more by visiting our Adult Learning Page
